- Description
- The National Park Service has a requirement for the roof replacement on three buildings at George Washington Birthplace NM. Work to include all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal of the existing roofs and the removal of all debris from the sites. The contractor will be responsible for the replacment of any deterioted decking found upon removal of existing roofs and for installing new roofing and any necessary flashing required to insure a watertight installation. A Request For Quotation will be available on the Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Business Center (NBS) web site http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around June 26, 2009. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available and telephone and faxed requests will not be accepted. The NAICS for this project is 327123. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered if submitted in a timely manner. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
