- VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office intends to purchase LG Hospital Grade LCD TV's for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton St. Loma Linda, CA 92357; this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Contract shall be awarded following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-09-RQ-0355JL; the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423620. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS: (1) Television 22" Hospital Grade Item No. 22LG3DCH, fifty (50) each. (2) Peerless Articulating Wall Mt 20"-24" Item No. SP730P-S, fifty (50) each. (3) Wall Panel/Pigtails Item No. WPA-0004, fifty (50) each. (4) 6 Pin to 6 Pin Adapter Cable Item No. JU36-110, fifty (50) each. (5) Master Set Up Remote for LG-LCD-TV Item No. 124-213-07, two (2) each. (6) Clone Programmer for LG-LCD-Hosp/TV Item No. LT-2002, one (1) each. Quote shall include FOB Destination pricing. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a quote.
