- Portable Boring Machine Tool Kit, quantity 1 (one), in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-VIBB-09-14-1408. The equipment shall be new and unused, capable of performing its intended function in accordance with the operation and performance requirements specified in the Purchase Description. QAP 215a is used for this requirement. The items delivered will be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, ATTN: MITCH VICKERS (757) 396-5763, Code 981 Bldg 171, Portsmouth, Va. 23709, MARKED FOR: MITCH VICKERS ZJ041-025. This requirement is unrestricted, on the basis of full and open competition. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. The required performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of contract. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be posted on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted, which is estimated to be on June 25, 2009.
