- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Sympodium) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), RFQ # M67399-09-Q-0099. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334119. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3577. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 7021. CLIN 0001QTY: 03VEEMUX VIDEO MATRIX SWITCHThe VEEMUX SM-8X8-15V-LCD Video Matrix Switch is designed to simplify the task of routing video inputs from many computers to multiple displays. They eliminate the need for external interfaces and coax cable connections via BNC connectors. Signals from a range of input sources can be distributed to various output devices, A single computer video output can be routed to one or more monitors. Each video output is buffered from each input, insuring signal integrity throughout the system. CLIN 0002QTY: 10 SYMPODIUM INTERACTIVE PEN DISPLAY The Sympodium DT770 interactive pen display simplifies system design and installation by allowing prospects to control all of their presentation materials and room-control devices from one display that is controlled by either touch or pen. Its 17 inch screen accepts input from a battery-free tethered pen to control applications and write notes, or use your finger to navigate room-control menus. Place of contract delivery and acceptance will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twentynine Palms, CA 92278. The vendor selected for award will be required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition.
