- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EF09Q0116. Purchase of a 9 ton Grove YB 4409-2 Or Approved Equal mobile crane for use at Little Goose Lock and Dam located at Dayton, WA. The mobile crane shall be of high strength steel design. The mobile crane shall be new, not used or refurbished. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver the specified mobile crane to Little Goose Lock and Dam.
