- Description
- J&A for water utility for temporary housing for dsiaster applicants in Mingo County, West Virginia. Since the events of May 15, 2009 there has been a need for the Government to provide temporary housing to disaster applicants in West Virginia. The Government leased temporary mobile home pads. These pads did not have water or electricity service. Thus the Government must provide these utility services under separate orders/contracts.
