- Marine Corps Installation East Contracting Department intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 Streamlined procedures using Far Part 15. The proposed contract will call for the preparation of personal property of military members and civilian employees for movement, drayage, storage and other related services for Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point, NC. Solicitation number M6700109R0005 will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 484210. The proposed requirements contract will be full and open. The resultant requirements contract will be for twelve months, with four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates award of a single or multiple award contracts (one (1) per region)from this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 July 2009 for download at Federal Business Opportunities, www.fedbizopps.gov and Navy Electronic Commerce Online, www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the quote to continually monitor the websites for the solicitation and any amendments. In order to receive an award, the quoter must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration website, www.ccr.gov and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application for Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
