- NSN 4235-01-416-9395, Spill Clean Up Kit, Unit Kit contains the following: one 55 gallon drum; 10 pads, 5 pillows, 2-4 inch x 4 foot large socks; 3 ¾ cubic ft. loose-filled bags; 3 Tyvek Suits; 3 pairs nitrile gloves, 3 pairs safety goggles, 5 disposal bags. Approved Source: Sphag Sorb Inc., CAGE 034Q8, P/N SS-55SRK. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. The estimated annual demand quantity is 108 EA for the base and option years. The guaranteed minimum of 27 EA applies to the base year only. This solicitation is unrestricted. Shipment location is New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The estimated solicitation issue date is 25 June 2009 and the estimated closing date is 16 July 2009.
