- The National ParkService, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, intends to negotiate and award a follow on, non-competitive contract to Anne Rosenthal Fine Art Conservation for Phase III of the conservation of the Hilaire Hiler Murals located in the lobby of the National Historic Landmark Aquatic Park Bathhouse Building. This contract will be awarded on an Other Than Full and Open Competition Basis, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, (FAR) 6.302-1.
