- TAS::57 3404::TAS ARRA XUMU 13-1025C, Construct 70 Storage Cages for Dormitory, Bldg 13135, fully funded by Recovery Act. Work efforts for this project will consist on constructing 70 storage cages for the dormitory, Bldg 13135 at VAFB, CA. Contractor will Design, fabricate and install 6 each 3'- 0" x 3'-0" x 2'-11" single tier Lockers and 62 each 3'-0" x 3'- 0" x 6'-10" double tier lockers. Each storage locker shall have one swing (out) door with padlock lugs; Wire shall have 2" x 1" opening x 10 gauge (.135) carbon steel; All frames shall be welded with 1 ¼" x 1 ¼" x 1/8" steel angle; Post shall be 2" x 2" square. Anchoring hardware shall be included; Finish for both wire and post shall be factory applied gray; Contractor acknowledgement that the Facility will be occupied during construction and all efforts shall be made to minimize impact (interruption) to each dormitory occupant; Escorts will be provided daily by the facility (dormitory). Contractor will Provide & Install Bottom Shelves and Back Panels for the Lockers.
