- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to David Armster General Contractors under contract W91278-06-D-0034, an FFP IDIQ contract which was fully competed and awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14 on 16 May 2006. This contract is for the Rental of Construction Equipment with Operators for Disposal Area Maintenance and Associated Activities for the Mobile District, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to award a FFP task order for a Recovery Act approved project for overhead and general debris removal from the East Fork of the Tombigbee River and Mackeys Creek, Itawamba County, Mississippi.
