- This is a requirement for maintenance and overhaul (M&O) of the subject item for the UH-60 aircraft. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. Valve, Anti-Icing Best Estimated Quantity Range: 300 each to 1800 each which includes 300 each FMS: Input NSN: 4810-01-116-7091Input P/N: 70306-10012-107 Output NSN: 4810-01-116-7091Output P/N: 70306-10012-107 The proposed contractual action will be for a five year, firm-fixed price, M&O requirements Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, for the best estimated quantity range stated above. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials for the M&O. This requirement is a full and open solicitation the DMWR identified for this item is 1-1660-246 with one MEO C5967. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Honeywell International Inc., Aerospace Tempe, 1300 West Warner Rd., Tempe, AZ, 85284-2896 (CAGE 02LU7). DMWR-1-1660-246 dated October 2002 has been identified for this requirement, the overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the stated DMWR and MEO C5967. The Contractor shall conduct a Product Verification audit in accordance with AMCOM Regulation 52.209-4723 Aviation Product Verification Audit Requirements (PVA) Statement of Work, as specified in the solicitation/contract. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitations must be processed through their respective embassies. The last known overhaul source for the Valve, Anti-Icing was Honeywell International, Inc., Cage Code 02LU7. All responsible sources that can perform the above effort may submit an offer that may be considered by the Agency. The required production schedule is 15 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be specified in the contract. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
