- Description
- The United States Government desires to lease, seeking expressions of interest, for approximately 1,124 rentable square feet of Office space within the following boundaries: City limits of Rock Island or Moline, Illinois We are seeking Office space. The office space must be first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield a minimum of 930 to a maximum of 977 occupiable square feet for the agency's personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous, on one floor and above street level. In addition, parking must be on-site to accommodate two vehicles. Building must be located within two blocks of bus stop, path from bus stop to building must paved and well - lighted. Occupancy is desired by the Second quarter 2010 for a lease term of Ten years, Five years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Expression of interest must include: Building Name, address, location of space within building, Name, address, telephone number and email address of authorized contact. In cases where an agent represents multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners of the same submission.
