- This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Military Enlistment Processing Station (MEPS) and State Department at Corporate Park of Doral (7789 N.W. 48th Street) the current lessor. The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location (7789 N.W. 48th Street; Miami, FL 33166). This is due to the economic benefit i.e. relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The government will negotiate with the current lessor to lease for MEPS and State Department approximately 29,167 usable square feet of office space, training room space, storage area, break room area, computer area, and conference area. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before July 1, 2009.
