- This Notice is provided for informational purposes ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under Contract W912HN-08-D-0015 which was previously competed and awarded to Tetra Tech, Inc., Fairfax, VA. This is NOT a solicitation. It is the intent of the government to award a firm fixed price task order for the A-E to perform studies as stated above to develop a near-field plume model for each of the Dissolved Oxygen Injection Systems in Savannah Harbor in support of the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project, Savannah, GA.
