- The Regional Contracting Office, Northern Capital Region (RCO-NCR), Marine Corps Base, Quantico VA currently has a requirement for the procurement of Foreign Weapons Training for the Marine Corps Training and Advisory Group (MCTAG) training programs, exercises, and events. A Solicitation will be posted within the next several days. The period of performance will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement.
