- 4TH QTR FY 2009-SUBSISTENCES The Federal Bureau of Prisons, intends to issue solicitation RFQ11411-0039, for the provision of various subsistence products for the Federal Correctional Complex located in Hopewell, Virginia. The Contract period shall commence on July 01, 2009 and expire on September 30, 2009. The solicitation will be made on or about June 10, 2009, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunties website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the referenced website. This solicitation is unrestricted and all responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote which will be considered. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contract in which they are eligibe. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 24, 2009. The anticipated date of award is June 26, 2009, with an effective award date of July 01, 2009.
