- NSN: 4910015098831RNP/N: IAW A-A-58065-IIINoun: Mounter and DemountQty: Basic, 5 ea; Options I, II, III, 1-3 each option The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively. Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote(s). This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Item 0001: NSN: 4910015098831RN, P/N: IAW Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-58065-III, Noun: Mounter and Demount. The Mounter and Demount is a stationary, hydraulic motor driven mounter-demounter for tube-type or tubeless tires used on trucks, busses, tractors, and earth moving equipment. The requirement is for 5 each with 3 Option periods of 1-3 each. Option I valid 365 days, Option II valid 730 days, and Option III valid 1,095 days. Materials: Various. Delivery: 150 Calendar Days. Destination: FE5897, FE4856, FE4835, FE4835, FE4835. Delivery of Options: 150 Calendar Days after Exercise of Option, desitnation TBD. Item 0002: Description: Technical Manuals IAW DD1423. The requirement is for 1 Lot. Delivery: 30 Calendar Days Data will be made available on line when the RFP is posted. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 15 Jun 2009; quotes are due 21 days from RFQ issue Date. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFQ and/or the data packages must be submitted in writing to dale.dalrymple.1@robins.af.mil with copy to dawn.mccurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS.
