- RECOVERY-- Furnish Playground Equipment RECOVERY -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District has a requirement for nine (9) identical sets of playground equipment. Five (5) sets will be delivered to Demopolis, AL and four (4) sets will be delivered to Camden, AL. This is a commercial items procurement issued under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 423910, and the size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 17 June 2009. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the bidders responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
