You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9237. PRON: AX9L0028AX, NOUN: Tether, Personal Res, NSN: 1680-01-564-6813, Part Number: 1005942-3, Quantity: 195 each, applicable to Multi-Application Aviation Spares. This requirement is a 100% Hubzone set-aside. Deliveries of 195 each going to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 195 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 195 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Hubzone Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. No telephone request will be accepted.
