- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The RECOVERY ACT project (R581-09-103 Upgrade Outpatient Waiting) for the Huntington VA Medical Center is utilizing an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for Architectural and Engineering Services (VA-249-P-0602) which was established competitively with a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The project scope is to perform architect/engineer (AE) services upgrading architectural finishes to floors, ceilings and walls in the main outpatient lobby areas. Additional component related to replacing ceilings are sprinklers, electrical lighting, HVAC ductwork, etc. Design may encompass drywall soffits, signage, new doors and frames, etc. The NAICS code is 236220 Industrial Building Construction; small business size is $33.5M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR BID
