THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER The Recovery Act. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-09-RA-0226 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to Raise, Realign, Reset & Clean upright headstones and renovate turf at the Winchester National Cemetery located at 401 National Avenue, Winchester, VA. 22601. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about June 16, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., June 30, 2009.
