- REQUIREMENT: The VA Central Iowa Health Care System intends to expand services for their VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Mason City, IA. Offers are being solicited for approximately 9,400 net usable square feet of contiguous space in the Mason City, Iowa area. The space can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. A minimum of 40 on-site parking spaces (5 regular plus 5 handicapped) must be provided for use by staff and visitors must be included as part of the rental consideration. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside of the 100-year flood plain. Property must be handicapped accessible and handicap accessibility and design must be in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit two (2) copies of specific information concerning their properties to Ms. Sarah Schauf.
