- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Recovery Act Project 635-09-401 Renovation of the Primary Care Clinic at the 8315 South Walker Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73139 CBOC of the Oklahoma City Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Work will consist of renovating the existing facility in preparation for its use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Work will consist of general demolition, mechanical and electrical work. Construction estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitations packages will be available approximately June 24, 2009. Written requests for the bidding documents are to be forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, Demarcus Thompson 90C, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. This procurement is set aside 100% for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) firms. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
