- RECOVERY--This proposed procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS Code 237310, size standard $33,500,000.00. Ives Run Paving, Day Use Blacktop & Campground Parking Lot Blacktop, Tioga-Hammond Lake, Tioga, PA is being advertised as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall supply and deliver all labor, material and equipment to pave Ives Run Day Use Blacktop & Campground Parking Lot Blacktop. This will provide a bidders/vendors list for this procurement. It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact their cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification. Without SBA SDB certification, neither a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive SDB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/subcontractors.
