- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W58RGZ-09-R-0249. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO TED ARTERBERRY. You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Ted Arterberry, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-842-6108. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX9F5246AX, NSN: 3040-01-179-7455, PN: 7-311527009, Quantity: 1,360 each, this is a three-year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 1,360 each and a maximum quantity of 2,360 each, applicable to the Apache System, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is restricted to the approved Small Businesses: W and G Machine Company, Cage: 33682, Master Research & Manufacturing, Inc., Cage: 9U245, Dunn, H M Compay, L.P., Cage: 64666 and Apex Manufacturing compay, Cage: 2V343. Production leadtime with First Article Testing is 1,360 each, 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA), 220 Days without First Article Testing and 275 Days with Alternate II. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. No telephone request will be accepted. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
