- Description
- Request for proposal (RFP) for the operation of the Clearfield Job Corps Center, located in Clearfield, Utah, will be available approximately June 25, 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http//www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee for a 2-year base period of April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2012, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 1084 residential and 36 non-residential students. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. (local time) on July 7, 2009 at the Clearfield Job Corps Center, 20 West 1700 South, Clearfield, Utah. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants will be directed to the conference site. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to the RFP will consist of written submissions and oral presentation as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due on August 18, 2009, at 12:00 noon (local time) to the Dallas Regional Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
