- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. Brand Name: PedvaxHIB® NDC: 00006-4897-00 vials 19 $11.29 $214.50 04. MMR vaccine Measles, Mumps and Rubella combination vaccine (MMR). Brand Name: :_ M-M-R® II NDC: 00006-4681-00 vials 5,743 $18.30 $105,096.90 05. Varicella vaccine. Brand Name: Varivax® NDC: 00006-4827-00 vials 16,559 $64.53 $1,068,552.27 06. Rotavirus vaccine.
