Description
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for services for the removal of sewage sludge from the Secondary Digester at MCBH Kaneohe Hawaii. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The provisions and clauses in the Request for Quotations are those in effect through FAC 2005-31. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M00318-09-T-0168. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) and the small business size standard for this procurement is 562998 and 7.0M respectively. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. A site visit will be conducted on 18 June 2009 at 9:00 a.m. HST to all interested parties. Note: If an awardee is selec! ted who did not attend the site visit, he/she shall be required to meet our technical requirements at the offered price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the quotations: 1) Technical, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. The RFQ will be available on or around 10 June 2009.
