Description
Please review the following questions and responses: 1. Question: Are the state and local county checks only for those areas that have databases or do you want courier retrieval. If so, will the 24 hours be waived for those counties which will not return data that quickly. Answer: Companies should disclose if they have the capability to provide a single point of database for the State Criminal History Repository search. The companies may add on a processing fee for each State Criminal History Repository search conducted and the additonal user fee charge by each state. 2. Question: National criminal record database searches typically contain name and DOB information, but not social security number, leading to a lot of false positive information. What expectation does the government have that the vendor will validate information before returning results? Answer: There are other data identifiers such as "Gender, Date of Birth and Place of Birth, Citizenship status, etc. 3. Question: How many locations/individuals will require access to the system: Answer: Twelve(12) Regional Field Office locations nationwide, total approximately eighty (80) users. 4. Question: Does the vendor need to integrate into any existing software application? Answer: No,but the system must be able to have the "website" capability for the Agency Users to gain access. There is no existing interface connectionwithin ICE "IT: structure. Quoters are required to acknowledge receipt of the above information. THE TIME AND DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS HAS BEEN REVISED AS FOLLOWS: FRIDAY JUNE 12 @ 5 PM EASTERN TIME
