- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to renovate the Building 513 at Camp Parks in accordance with attached the Statement of Work. Renovation will include demolition and removal of existing office partitions, mounted light fixtures, fire alarm system, carpeting, plumbing fixtures and electrical panel board. In addition, asbestos removal shall be done in accordance with Regulation 11, Rule 2. Additional description of work includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, telephone and data, HVAC system, and install new fire alarm system control panel. Period of performance is one hundred twenty (120) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAIC code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542 and $31.0 million. Pursuant to FAR 19.1401, this acquisition is Small Business set-aside and all non Small Business firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Interested Small Business firms shall request a solicitation package in writing and should be mailed to the Army Reserve Contracting Center-West (ARCC-W), Bldg. 312, 9th Street, Camp Parks, CA 94568; faxed to Sylvia N. Gomer at 925-875-4294 or emailed to sylvia.gomer@usar.army.mil; however, no telephone calls will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the Invitation for Bid number, W9124N-09-B-0003, your companys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, an email address, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. Only one award shall be made. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid (IFB).
