- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to install fire hydrant system in the vicinity of Buildings 328, 329, 332, 333, & 342 along Mission Road at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA in accordance with attached the Statement of Work. Installation shall include trenching, plumbing, and patching asphalt. Period of performance is forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000 for this project. The NAIC code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 237110, 1623 and $31.0 million. Pursuant to FAR 19.1401, this acquisition is Small Business set-aside, and all non Small Business firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Interested Small Business firms shall request a solicitation package in writing, and should be mailed to the Army Reserve Contracting Center-West (ARCC-W), Bldg. 312, 9th Street, Camp Parks, CA 94568; faxed to Sylvia N. Gomer at 925-875-4294 or emailed to sylvia.gomer@usar.army.mil; however, no telephone calls will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the Invitation for Bid number, W9124N-09-B-0002, your companys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, an email address, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. Only one award shall be made. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid (IFB).
