- Purchase Specifications Source's Sought for the purchase of one (1) T-38/F-5 Accessories Drive Gearbox Static Test Stand. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, supplies, labor, and management necessary for a total-turnkey operation to design, fabricate, install, and test all components necessary for Static Testing of the T-38/F-5 ACCESSORIES DRIVE (ADG) GEARBOX AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS. This requirement shall be in accordance with the Purchase Specifications attached with this Synopsis. Please provide answers to the questions as listed below by the closing date of this Synopsis 1. What is the name and CAGE code of your organization? 2. What NAICS code do you feel should be assigned to this requirement? 3. Is your organization a HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged, 8A, Service Disabled Veteran Owned or other sub-type of Small Business? How many employee's ? 4. Would you be supplying the product of your own manufacture? 5. If you are a Small Business and not supplying a product of your own manufacture, would it be the product of another Small Business? 6. Describe your experience in similar acquisitions and tell in what way were these acquisitions similar to our requirement? 7. Does your company have any experience in development of Test Stands to Static Test T-38/F-5 Accessory Device Gearbox (ADG) and associated components or similar type Test Stands that has been accepted by a DOD Agency (Air Force, Navy, etc)? What are they? Give some details about the project, when it was completed, level of complexity, was the contract completed on schedule according to the contract Period of Performance, etc? 8. What, if any, changes do you recommend to the Purchase Specifications? Why? 9. What is the Estimated Cost of Parts for this item?
