- The project will replace existing septic tank sewage systems and connect into a municipal wastewater collection system. The work includes but is not limited to: removal and disposal of existing septic tanks, installation of new wastewater lines, manholes, trenching, backfill, excavation, asphalt pavement repair, driveway restoration, sawcutting, restoration, and miscellaneous fittings. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or about June 24, 2009. Estimated start work date is October 11, 2009, with a contract duration of 365 days. The government estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bonding is required. The project is 100% set aside for HubZone small business concerns.
