- Description
- Provide delivery and injection of water treatment chemicals to the boiler, water and sewage plants at Misawa Air Base, Japan, within seven (7) calendar days (CD) for regular and two (2) CD for emergency deliveries IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). For delivery to Misawa AB, Japan, the contractor shall have 1) responsible personnel handling poisonous and deleterious substances (Dokubutsu Gekibustu Toriatsukai Sekininsha); and 2) dangerous object handler (Kikenbutsu toriatsukaisha), certified by the prefectural governor(s), Japan IAW the Government of Japan and local law. Submission of detailed delivery plan will be required if an offeror is located geographically apart from Misawa AB, Japan. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Requirements (IDR) wherein work will be accomplished through issuance of delivery order(s) IAW the SOW. The duration of the contract will be one (1) year period of basic year plus seven (7) month period of option one.
