- Amendment 0004 Musical Instruments and Related Supplies This amendment is to extend the deadline to submit the Request for Proposal to 19 June 09 @ 2pm. This amendment is to extend the deadline to submit the Request for Proposal to 12 June 09 @ 2 pm. This amendment is to extend the posting date for Request for Proposal solicitation to 27 May 2009. This amendment is to extend the posting date for the Request for Proposal solicitation to 27 April 2009. The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure musical instruments and related supplies (sheet music, instrument parts, etc.) for its middle and high schools located in Korea, Japan and Guam. This requirement will be procured utilizing a competitive best value trade off source selection evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract. Delivery is F.O. B. Destination either to Defense Logistics Agency Tracy, California Depot or to a specific location(s) stated in the delivery order. Specific offeror submittal requirements and specification information will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-09-R-6005 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on or about 07 April 2009, to close 30 days from RFP issuance date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 29 May 2009. The Department of Defense requires all offerors and contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
