- SYNOPSIS/BRAND NAME REMEDY SOFTWARE The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command intends to issue a Request for Proposal for brand name Remedy Software. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(1), FAR 6.302-1, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commerical Items. The Government intends to release the RFP on Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) on or around the 8 of June 2009. The requirement will be procured as a full and open acquisition, therefore all responsible sources may submit a response to the RFP, and if timely received, will be considered by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command The NAICS code for this action is 511210. The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
