- The purpose of this contract is to secure a single, Federal Aviation Regulation certified, full service training partner that shall conduct AW139 pilot training under Title 14 CFR, Part 142 in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Qualified Level C or D AW139 simulator. The contractor will provide their commercially available ground school and flight training that meets or exceeds the Federal Aviation Regulations. The following types of training will be acquired: PART 61.63 TYPE RATING; PART 61.157 TYPE RATING; and PART 61.58 PILOT-in-COMMAND PROFICIENCY CHECK. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
