- W912BV-09-R-1037 All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: Stephanie.murphree@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a total small business set-aside. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue a solicitation to remove Drift and Debris from a Dam Embankment and Cleveland Levee at Keystone Lake, Oklahoma. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all services and equipment to remove all drift and debris as detailed in the statement of work (in the solicitation to follow this notice). The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract and all work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed and not later than 30 days after work has began. The estimated price range of the project is $25,000 - $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 562119, a Classification Code of Z291, and a business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FedBizOpps Website at www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FedBizOpps only. It is the contractors responsibility to check the below-listed Internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of June 8, 2009. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about June 29, 2009. Instructions on arrangements for visiting the site will be provided in the solicitation. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov.
