- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors recently awarded a fully-competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Architect-Engineer (AE) contract for Professional Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering and Design Services for Region 1 (New England) of GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS). This requirement will be a task order under Contract GS-01P-09-BW-D-0031 with RDK Engineers of Andover, MA, subject to fair opportunity requirements under the multiple award contract. This is not a request for quotations. The task order is for the Re-Commissioning/Retro-Commissioning of four (4) Region 1 buildings under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Contractor shall provide engineering and commissioning expertise to conduct re-commissioning/retro-commissioning planning; identify energy conservation, water conservation and renewable energy projects; scoping; testing; investigation; evaluation; analysis; calculations; recommendations; and report writing services for the subject GSA buildings.
