- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offers are being requested. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL099RP20659” for the solicitation document. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) under RFP Number DOL099RP20659. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-30. (iv) This solicitation is being issued as a 100% 8(a) SET-ASIDE in accordance with FAR Part 19, under NAICS 541519 (SBA Size Standard: $25,000,000). (v) See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL099RP20659” for a detailed description of the services being procured. (vi) Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: This solicitation is for the procurement of services to support the US Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) providing web services support. (vii) See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL099RP20659” for the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical Items, which applies to this acquisition along with all additional solicitation provisions and evaluation criteria.. (viii.) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL099RP20662”, for contract clauses which apply to this acquisition. (ix). Proposals must be submitted no later than noon, June 16, 2009. See the attachment entitled “RFP DOL099RP20662” for additional details. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO ROPERCHARLES.ISAAC@DOL.GOV, AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN NOON MAY 28, 2009. QUESTIONS NOT SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL OR SUBMITTED AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
