- This Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive acquisition to be awarded by Lackland AFB, TX to Lockdown Inc. for MANHOLE LOCKS. The award will be issued against Standard Industrial Classification Code - 7382, NAICS code- 561621, and the related Size Standard - 12.5 mil. The delivery dates will be 10 weeks after the receipt of award. This notice is for announcement only and serves to provide interested parties an opportunity to respond to the agency's requirements. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restirct the Government in its ultimate acquisition.
