- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HUBZone Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) N40085-09-D-5321/N40085-09-D-5322/N40085-09-D-5323/N40085-09-D-5325/N40085-09-D-5326/N40085-09-D-5353. The Officer In Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the HUBZone MACC. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a HUBZone MACC from the OICC MCI-East Camp Lejeune, NC contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish demolition of interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems; new interior layout and finishes, ! new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, new sprinkler system and new fire alarm system and incidental related work at buildings 312 and 313 aboard the Camp Lejeune Complex.
