Description

THIS PROJECT IS BEING FUNDED, IN PART, BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY (NIST) INTENDS TO ISSUE A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER THE GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE (FSS). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA FSS CATEGORY 871-7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The services required are for a full range of CM services including project design phase services, project procurement phase services, project construction phase services, commissioning services, testing services, claim services, and post construction services. The Government anticipates establishing a single 60 month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of its Request for Quotation and that Call Orders against the BPA will be firm fixed price. The estimated value of the BPA is $4,000,000. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is June 8, 2009.
