- PR# IQC09153009057, ISSUE DATE 22 JUN 09/ CLOSE DATE 22 JUL 09 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed, indefinite quantity contract for NSN 1560-01-120-4138, Attenuator. The solicitation is for a base and four option years. A flexible option is included. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of a source. Item Description is in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft DAGE 78286, Drawing 70500-02157 Rev E, dtd 18 APR 02, and AmCOM CAGE 81996 Producrement Package 70500-02157 Rev F, dtd 14 MAY 03, P/N 70500-02157-046. A complete technical data package is available. The item is configuration controlled and critical application. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Estimated Annual Demand is 1104 each. Maximum annual quantity is 2208 each. SURGE is not applicable. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Delivery 197 DARO including FAT. Delivery without FAT 107 DARO. Shipping locations will be stock locations CONUS, as specified on delivery orders. Electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation and technical data package will be available on or about 22 JUN 09. The solicitation may be obtained at that time by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
