- Description
- The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Ste 1110, Glendale CO is soliciting for janitorial services at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver Colorado. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor and supervision to provide janitorial service for the Ft Logan National Cemetery. This solicitation is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a small business standard of $16.5M. The period of performance will be one basic year plus four (4) one-year pre-priced options for renewal. The following technical factors will be used to evaluate all offers/proposals: technical capability, past performance and price. Proposals are due at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on 30 June, 2009. Please reference VA259-09-RP-0260 in any correspondence. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the VISN 19 Office.
