- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - HSCG83-09-Q-3WQ045 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to Replace Fuel Truck Parking at USCG Station Atlantic City, NJ. Major areas of work include: Move steel storage bin 15 feet South. Demolish 30’ X 100’ of asphalt/concrete pavement. Construct new 43’ X 100’ concrete parking area. Construct curb around parking area, with concrete ramps. Construct concrete pad for pyro locker. Move pyro locker 15’ South. Grade shoulder and seed grass lawn. The contractor must complete 25% of the work with its own workforce. Estimated period of performance is 110 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M. This procurement is set aside for Small businesses only.
