- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 736 TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFFING (TAPS). This project is being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This procurement is issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2. In accordance with GSA's Acquisition letter V-09-01, dated April 9, 2009 titled American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Implementation; actions awarded under FAR 8.405-2 are considered competitive for the purpose of reporting ARRA rationale. This requirement is for Procurement Analyst support services under a Firm Fixed Price competitive Delivery Order. The selected vendor will provide procurement support for ARRA projects.
