- J&A6302_5_N6600109D0030_2256 SBIR PHASE III - Design, develop, manufacture, test, document and support the SeaLancet Multi-Band Network Radio (MBNR, RT-1944/U) and supporting equipment to include High Power Amplifiers (HPAs), encryption devices, antennas, cables, switches, interface equipment, installation and mounting equipment. The SeaLancet radio system provides network communications for sensor and mobile sensor data to surface combatants as well as Command and Control (C2) between the surface combatant and deployed sensors, autonomous vehicles and manned vehicles.
