Description
Question 1: There are no line items in the quote for preparation of the SOI, ILP or manual. Where do you want us to put the costs for these preparations? Response: As stated in section h of the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Preparation of and/or revisions to the final drafts of the deliverables listed in section 4.0 of the PWS to be used in conjunction with each session shall be included in the firm fixed price quoted price for each session. Question 2: Will these classes be taught at a USACE training facility or will the contractor have to provide training facility? Response: As stated in sections 5.8 and 5.9 of the Performance Work Statement, the Government will provide classroom facilities and standard classroom equipment. All of the sessions scheduled in FY09 will be in hotels arranged by the Government. Question 3. Will the Corps provide Course Materials such as handouts/syllabus or is the contractor expected to develop them from scratch? Response: In accordance with sections 2.0 and 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement, the contractor is responsible for developing all course materials. Question 4: How many attendees are anticipated for the course in July and August and etc? Response: As stated in attendance A of the performance work statement, the maximum number of students associated with each session is 35. However, typical enrollment is about 32 students.
